How do I install the plugin?

Automatic: In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New, search “File Uploader for WooCommerce,” then install and activate. Configure it under WooCommerce → Settings → File Uploader Settings.

Manual: Download the plugin package, extract it, and upload the folder to wp-content/plugins via FTP/SFTP. Then activate it from the Plugins screen in WordPress admin.

How do I activate the Pro plugin?

After subscribing, download the Pro plugin, deactivate the free version, then upload and activate the Pro version. Enter the license email and password you received under WooCommerce → Settings → File Uploader Settings to finish activation.

Where are my customers' files stored?

On the Free plan, files are stored locally on your WordPress server and on Uploadcare's CDN. On Pro, files are stored exclusively on Uploadcare's CDN, delivered over secure HTTPS straight from the customer's browser. Neither Snowray nor Uploadcare accesses or analyzes uploaded content. What happens if I exceed my upload limit?

Free stores get 500 uploads a month; Pro stores get 10,000. If you're consistently going over, upgrading or contacting support about a higher-volume plan is the fastest fix. Nothing breaks, but new uploads pause until your limit resets.

Where are the File Uploader settings?

In your WordPress admin: WooCommerce → Settings → File Uploader Settings tab.
